What is Soul Work?
Soul Work centers the dignity and struggle of workers in an economy built on extraction. This pillar examines work as a spiritual, political, and material reality that is shaped by exploitation, wage suppression, and power imbalance. Soul Work names how labor is not fair and how workers can resist together and build solidarity.
